High probable that the injury on the neck had caused the death as there was a dislocation of the cervical verterbrae. It is also stated by D5 that all the abrasions, lacerations, wounds and injuries found on the deceases is consistent with trauma caused by road accident. As to this particular inquest, the Court believed there is negligence on the part of the deceased as the place where he was crossing is not meant for crossing. With that, no person is criminaly concerned in the caused of the death of the deceased in this case.
