1) Permohonan revision dibenarkan. Mahkamah menerima penjelasan yang diberikan oleh peguam yang dia ada memaklumkan pihak polis bahawa dia mewakili saspek. Mahkamah menegaskan bahwa peguam sepatutnya menghantar surat menyatakan dia mewakili saspek kepada pihak polis. Perintah reman di hadapan ADO diketepikan. 2) DPP memohon reman atas perkara yang sama selama 4 hari supaya siasatan dapat dilanjutkan memandangkan bahwa kes ini adalah di bawah siasatan IPD Melaka Tengah mengambil kira jarak dan tempoh perjalanan yang agak jauh dan mengambil masa serta memerlukan pengurusan permohonan waran perjalanan Melaka-Sabah-Melaka dan terdapat kes lain bersabit saspek di Semenanjung. Pihak polis dari Melaka tengah akan mengambil saspek untuk dihantar ke Melaka Tengah untuk tindakan lanjut. Justeru permohonan reman DPP dibenarkan selama 4 hari sehingga 9 Sept 2019.
