This Court further finds that the Defendant had failed to establish a strong case to disqualify RACO from acting for the Plaintiff. In the premises, this appeal is allowed with costs of RM4,000.00 to be paid by the Defendant to the Plaintiff. The Order of the Magistrate dated 26th July 2024 is hereby set aside. The full grounds are ready and parties can apply if they wish so.
