Ruling: The Court is of the opinion that the market value for the subject land should be RM21,626.00 per hectare. Therefore the Respondent to pay additional amount of RM120,213.00 to the Objector. No order as to costs. Interest at 4% p.a. from date of possession to date of payment. Fees of RM100.00 each to the assessors are to be borne equally by the Objector and Respondent.
